Jack Whacker Wheat Ale

"Oh hum, another boring-as-hell American Wheat beer. Well, might as well give this one the benefit of the doubt, and give it a fair and honest review."

These thoughts, and many more, ran through my head as I popped the cap off of this bottle, with the rather goofy-looking gold-miner and his mule on the front. While drinking this, I felt like I was going through a standardized check-off list....

• "Neutral and rather unexciting aroma?"

• "Strictly by-the-books, been-there-done-that, inoffensive `easy drinking' lemon-esqe flavor profile, with little- to no- outstanding qualities?"

• "Reasonably inoffensive and adequate mouthfeel? Lighter-than-air on the tongue? No aftertaste what-so-ever?"

• "Drinkable, and yet still not very appealing"

It's it, and that's that. It's officially a rather dull beer that did nothing but kill a thirst, fill my trash can with one more empty bottle, and give me one more reason to pee later on...
